Beat tired

On Saturday, I got to watch Valentina at my house for a bit while sissy went to Target. Valentina didn't really like it. She wouldn't let me put her down for a second, all the while, Asa is yelling that he has to go poo. Josh was no help whatsoever, as Valentina would HOWL when Josh would take her, and Asa would whine and yell when Josh tried to help him go poo. Mother's are GODS! Needless to say, Vali needs to get used to coming over to my house. Period.

Saturday night we went to a Carribbean restaurant for uncle Norms birthday. Very fun. It's just always fun when we all get together. Dinner was good, except mine. I got to sample from everyone else, and got full doing that. After dinner, we went to Sissy's and had cake. YUM

We grilled Sunday night. First BBQ with Valentina. I remember so well, last year we ached to have her home when we were out grilling and trying to enjoy ourselves. We just had a void. Now, it seems perfect to have her with us. She loved being outside, and was a cheerleader for Asa when we were playing baseball. She just watched and clapped. SO CUTE!! Do I sound like I'm crazy about my neice or WHAT???

Yesterday we went to Build A Bear. I get very caught up in that. I want one for MYSELF!! Asa got a new triceratops (he named it that too. I asked him if he wanted a name like Frank, Bill, Peter, and he said NO, Triceratops) We got an outfit too. Asa picked out a few here and there, and then would find something he liked better and then put it back. After a while, he gasped and said I WANT THIS ONE!!! Ug, it was the one I like the least in that whole store. Sissy thought it was funny, because it looked exactly like Asa. Tricertops even got black "Converse" high tops like Asa's. We had lunch at Chilis and had a very peaceful and nice lunch. Our kids do great eating out. Valentina of course had to flirt with the server. She always does. After walking the mall, we were beat. My lower back is pretty sore today, and I'm sure that Frankenstein (ie. Sissy since she has metel with screws in her neck) is feeling it today too. I had a great time. We got home and Asa was asleep in 5 minutes. He insisted sleeping with Triceratops and Paco, it was pretty cute. I have pic's which I HAVE to post. They are getting kind of old. I guess the mall kicked his butt too.
