TGIF!

Another week down. This summer is speeding by. Summer has finally arrived with 100 degree weather for the entire weekend. I guess we will be spending time at SPC this weekend.

I love that Asa loves the pool this year. He has been practicing his swimming moves and that means I get to spend time in the pool, kind of doing my own thing...ie...tannning.

Yesterday Sissy, Mom and I went to Thai food with out the kids. It was a bit unnerving. I definitely felt like we were missing something. The food was great and have decided that we will be going there next week for my birthday dinner. I could eat it again today. It's my fave. I loved spending some quality time with my girls and was glad that they could have a break from kids.

Our camping trip has been scrapped. Too hot....staying at the pool instead. We are such dedicated campers:)

So...tired....olympics...too...late....at...night... I have gone to bed falling asleep every night watching them. Why do they put the important events at the end???? On the west coast here, it usually starts at 11pm. We sure are enjoying though. I just called Sissy at home, and I asked her what they were doing....."watching the Olympics". LOL Lucky her....getting to watch the Olympics with Asa.

Asa peed his pants 3 times yesterday. I ask him why and he says that he wants too. I don't understand. He has probably only had a few accidents since March and I can't figure out why this is happening. Anyone going/gone through this? What do I do?

In summary, our family will be swimming and watching the Olympics this weekend. I'm hoping that Sissy is open to being extra mexi ghetto and putting a tv outside so we don't miss out on either:)

Oh, reality TV note: Big Brother-anyone else dislike Jerry? The Mole-I'm so happy that Mark won! I was surprised who the Mole was. Not a reality note, but Mom has turned me on to Mad Men on AMC. I'm addicted. I'm getting behind since the Olympics started, but will do a major marathon when it ends. I love my TV.

Shake N' Bake!!!!

I had so much fun with you girls yesterday. Yes, I do not like Jerry either. I did at first, but now I don't. I too want Cameo to put a tv outside, maybe one of my small ones? Thanks for posting. I love you!

EXTRA mexi ghetto? I thought we already were! LOL. Of course we can put a tv. Actually, I want to get one of those projectors so we can use that huge brick wall in our backyard for something GOOD! Now wouldn't THAT be mexi ghetto!

I'm laughing reading from reading your Mother and Sister's comments! You guys are great!

Joshua has gone through the accidents. I decided not to fret it and always made sure to have an extra pair of pants in the car for times like this. Sometimes they get to busy playing they just don't want to stop to go. It's totally normal and you are not the first to have to go through it! I wonder if since it's been so hot he has been drinking more water and that is a factor?
Either way....I feel you girl!! Hang in there. We are still wearing pull ups at nights...

Not to sure what the potty accidents are about. Maybe he is just testing you to see what you will do????
I can't stand Jerry either. He has to go. And Michelle, makes my skin crawl. I hope Renny puts those two up, but I think she is putting up April. This season is hostile.

Asa is such a normal little boy. I think you should just treat it with a reminder that you don't like doing laundry since it takes away from your time with him.
He is a gift of joy to all of us so please don't let it be a big deal.
Having raised 2 boys I don't see anything I would worry about with him. Of course I could be a tiny bit prejudice.
Love
