TGIF!

I'm laughing right now because I have been trying to post these pictures since Tuesday and now it's Friday.

We have had a good week. I'm glad that it's over, however, another busy weekend is a head of us. Tomorrow morning is swimming and the forecast for the weekend is rain. Boo hoo. Sunday our little family is going to a Hadassah picnic and the kids that are in Asa's Training Wheels are going to have a lot of fun playing. They are all such gentle sweet kids.

After work today, I'm going to give Vali a mani/pedi. She is over do. You should see how excited she gets when I paint her nails. She says "pretty, pretty". What a cutie.

Asa, Joshua and I were looking at the Party City website, browsing birthday party themes. Asa's birthday is coming up next month so we need to get things going. After clicking on all the themes (there are a a lot, and I had to explain what every item was for each theme). He firmly decided that he wanted Power Rangers. I tried to change his mind and said "Look at Wall-E Asa, it's pretty fun and cute!" He replied, "no, I like Power Rangers". Joshua also said "Asa, I really like Wall-E". Asa looked at me so surprised, gasped, put my face in his hands and said excitedly "MUM MUM, Daddy is getting Wall-E theme for his birthday!"

Here are some pic's from the week.

Asa at swimming lessons. He doesn't like getting water in his eyes.
What a cutie
Asa and I watching the entertainment at Fiesta Mexicana.
Asa watching the soccer game.
A view from the stands. My goodness those soccer players are in shape:) I think that Asa sat on every level of the stands. He found it very interesting.
The 2 cuties
I do believe that this is the most beautiful picture of my sister. I love her so much.

A cute little girl asked if she could play with Asa's power rangers that he had gotten a few minutes earlier.
This was the winner of the low rider contest. Asa's waving at me.
As we were walking out of the low rider parking lot, I heard loud hip hop music. I looked around and it seemed closer than the festival area so I wasn't sure where it was coming from. As I walked by this guy, I realized it was coming from his little trailer thing. It was a giant SPEAKER!! Talk about a party mobile. I LOVED IT! He was more than happy to allow me to take his picture.

Have a great weekend!

SHAKE N' BAKE!!
