TGIF!

What a WEEK! Asa's eye looks great. It was very swollen yesterday, and anticipated it turning black and blue, but today the swelling is nearly gone with no sign of turning blue. I can't tell you how relieved Joshua and I are about this whole ordeal. I'm so glad that Asa will no longer suffer with his eye problems. Asa was pretty lethargic yesterday, but NO PUKING! THANK YOU GOD! He complained of tummy aches later on in the afternoon, but ice cream seemed to cure it:) He told me yesterday "mum mum, my eye doesn't even feel infected anymore!" That alone was worth it.

It was brought to my attention by my boss this morning that I will more than likely be laid off next week. I'm trying not to get too stressed about it, but this is not a good thing. I am trying to look on the bright side, but not sure if I can see it...I work for a small construction company, and the jobs are just not there.

Asa has a soccer game tomorrow. Uncle Norm got him a new soccer ball yesterday. He loves it. If Asa is up and around walking, he's got a soccer ball between his feet, just walking around like it's a 3rd foot.

Tomorrow night, Joshua and I are going to MY first Passover Seder. I'm very excited, although Joshua says it's too long, and completely boring....but Josh thinks everything's long and boring. I'm just glad that Joshua and I will be alone for the first time in a couple of weeks.

Today I have my first physical therapy session for my headaches and shoulder pain. I certainly hope it gives me some relief for the weekend. I'm going on my 3rd week of daily headaches. It does mess up my Friday chore schedule though. Guess my house won't get the deep clean today. Darn:)

I guess I lied when I said I would get pic's posted earlier in the week. oops.

Oh, and OZZY VOTED OUT OF SURVIVOR? Asa was crushed. I liked him, but like the drama more so. Can't wait for next week's episode.
