Last night was Josh's company party at the Hilton in Portland. They host a wonderful party with cocktail hour, a great dinner, and dancing after in the ballroom. We both looked beautiful and enjoyed having alone time and having grown up conversations with other grown ups. We spent the night in the hotel, so we could stay as late as we wanted and drink as much as we wanted. Very nice.
After getting into the room, Josh came to where I was sitting and PROPOSED TO ME! WITH A RING! I was stunned. I started crying. It was such a surprise. It was the most romantic night of my life. First the fabulous party and dancing, and then to the beautiful room, with a proposal from my soul mate. I'm still in shock. I feel like a young girl right now. I'm so happy and in love.
I will post photos from last night later on in the week, and give you a sneak view of my beautiful ring too.
