We had a great weekend. I stayed home from work on Friday as I had some sort of stomach flu, felt better in the evening, and mom and I went to stamping class later that night and made christmas cards. We had fun together, and made such beautiful creations!
Josh and I went out on a date Saturday night. Movie, pizza and beer:) The movie theatre is in a remodeled school in portland, and the seats are mismatched couches and you can order from a full menu in the theatre including beer and drinks. We saw Harry Potter and had so much fun together. Sunday we slept in until 11am. It was very nice. Thanks to mom and papa for babysitting Asa so we could have a night out.
Asa isn't feeling good today. He had trouble breathing last night (we slept together in my bed) but seemed fine this morning. He is really good even if he is sick. I won't give him any cold medications with all the talk of it actually killing toddlers and never being tested on children. What is wrong with our govenment????
Asa goes to the dentist for the first time tomorrow and hoping that goes well. It's like pulling teeth to get him to brush his teeth, so this will be an adventure!
Here are some photos from the last couple of weeks.

Asa was taking photos, here are a few from his point of view.

Asa taking a picture of us.

This one cracks me up. He loves his jack-o lantern.. Asa you can see, its PRE halloween, sans candy.

Riding his quad on Saturday while daddy mowed the lawn. The quad goes perfectly in a circle on the deck. He would keep falling off it and saying that he wiped out. I would say that he's a dare devil, but he moves in slow motion, and could never hurt himself.

making his sharp turn

Daddy and Asa in Battle Ground right before the Halloween trick or treaters got started.

He was getting excited.

I love this closeup. Hilarious

I love the colors in the picture. Leaving sissys on our way to go trick or treating.

His first victim. Sissy's
It didn't take him long to get into the groove of things.

He loves jack o lanterns. I feel like a bit of a heel for not carving one with him. Next year I guess.

"helping" papa unload some wood for our "fire stove" as Asa calls it.

Playing ball at home with mom.

The home run stance

In Goldendale a few weeks ago on his John Deere tractor.

Wanting to go outside to look at the stars.

He said that this chair was just his size.

He is so cute!! Everytime I see pictures of him always think of how much fun he and Brooklyn would have playing together. I hope he starts to feel better soon. Love you!
