ive heard..use a paper towel and an iron..... put the iron on the paper towel and let it warm up..the wax should melt onto the paper towel... also works with candle wax.. let me know if it works :)
Take it outside soak it with water, a little bit of detergent, scrub with brush, rinse off with water hose and you're good to go. Then go buy a new one. And tell Asa not to write on the couch!!!!!

not sure...I have heard that rubbing alcohol and baby wipes does the trick for ink...give it a try!

Baby wipes work wonders. My mom has used them to get crayon off her sofa. It took the crayon right off.
