well, the family should be home this evening, God willing. I have missed them, but has been bearable with the video cam. Sissy won't talk about Valentina, that's to be expected. My heart just aches for her and Norm. I'M sick to my stomach that they had to leave my baby there, I can't imagine what they are feeling. I just have to be there for her, and not try to make her feel better. That will come when Valentina is finally here with us where she belongs. Oh how I miss her already. Well, enough of that.
We are taking our boat out today with Papa. First time in 2 years. I hope that Asa loves it and isn't afraid of it. Yes, he will be wearing a life jacket at all times mother. LOL It is going to be 89 degrees here today, so it's a perfect day. I can't wait to get out of this hell hole (work) at 12pm. WOO HOO
Grandma Sandi got Asa a new preschool book and he loves it. I thought it might be a bit hard for him, which that addition and subtraction it, but otherwise, he is tracing and matching items and counting stars. It's quite cool, and very fun to do with him. He actually likes to learn and be challenged. I love my little man so much. I was very scared about having him for 1 whole week alone, (well, with Josh and Papa) but it has been great, and we have had a lot of fun having alone time. NOT saying that help isn't going to be nice again with Mom and sissy:)
My meds are working perfectly, and I finally feel like I can handle things that come my way. THANK GOD! It has been some time. Unfortunatly, the meds I take cost nearly $300 per month, that's with insurance too. YIKERS! but worth it.
Well, I am done for now, and look forward to seeing sissy's picture tonight of Valentina, and she has taken a lot of video. Hopefully it will tide us over until next visit, OR bringing our girl home.

I'm so happy your meds are working for you. I hope you had a great time in the boat. I wish we had a boat. I know Brooklyn would love it. Love you.
