First of all, I want to thank the brave young men and women serving our country, and thank the families of the soldiers that have sacrificed their lives for what they believed in. I can't imagine what they must feel like being in a war torn country, alone away from family. I support them, although not our govenment that put them there in the first place. I can only pray for peace.
Today, we are having brunch at our house today. I am making Baked french toast, bacon, sausage, chocolate dipped strawberries, and champagne. I look forward to cooking for my family. After that, around 4pm, it is to Josh's fam for BBQ at Aunt Ina's. Asa will love it.
I'm feeling a bit blue today. Yesterday was manic as was the night before during and after the concert. I'm pretty tired, as being manic and spiking that way is pretty exhausting. At least I'm not crying and in such a dark place as I was last weekend. I'm hoping the spiking will stop when my addition/increase of med's starts working. I want to be calm.....
I love my sissy, and like I said, we had so much fun. Yesterday morning I woke up still and sore, like I had been in a car wreck. I worried so much about sissy, and how she would feel. YUP, she limped into mom's. Hurting more than most. I tell ya, dancing and screaming should be left to the younger generation. It's gonna KILL ME! I hope we recover soon!!! LOL
