TGIF

Asa's first soccer practice was yesterday and he had a great time. The rain let up enough for the practice, but the grass was super duper wet and Asa was muddy.

Muddy from a fall

Asa is the smallest...as usual.

Joshua is teaching Asa to play chess. They make me laugh when they are playing. Once I overheard Asa say..."Dad, what move can I make so I can DESTROY YOU!".

Mom got Asa Pixos for a Hanukkah gift. We pulled it out last week and he made an intermediate design. He was really proud of himself. I think it's fun too. I got to make my own too, but I had to sneak it from Asa, or else he would have wanted to do it. I made a 3d elephant.

Pixo fun

Asa and I playing out back.

The soccer cleats that took over 2 weeks to find. He loves them. They are adorable.

Asa just being a sweetie for me.

boys will be boys. (Josh would kill me for this picture too :)
Pray for our girls that are on their way to Guatemala over the weekend. They are doing great work, but need our prayers.

Wow thats muddy! I feel old, I had to google Pixos. I'm not sure I still understand it. It doesnt take much to confuse me though. The cammo hats pic is adorable. Have a great weekend!!!

Thanks for the new blog. I miss it so much when you don't have time. Asa is such a great player at any sport. When we play I try to win but so far no way. Since I don't play checkers I think he is using chess moves when he beats me at that. Love all the pics and the chess game comment.
Love you all
